We hope you love your SunSong purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
As many of our pieces are made to order, personalised, or created in limited batches, custom, commissioned, and personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or have been made incorrectly.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
